dropdown menus

    I have created a wordpress site which includes dropdown menus for each continent however I would like to add drop down menus (child blog pages) to each continents and each blog would be a different country or city but not sure how to do this? BUT every time I create a blog page and change the name it seems to be connected the the original blog page. Also using fictive theme. Any help would be much appreciated :)
