Dropdown menus suddenly not working

My site, westsidecares.org, features a top navigation panel which is supposed to (in some cases) show drop-downs. I have created a new custom menu and that didn’t work to get the child pages to appear. Our theme is organic nonprofit and all-everything (themes, plugins, etc.) is up-to-date. Any suggestions would be SO helpful.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Dreamhost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
