Dropping Inactive Followers

  How do I get rid of followers that no longer have an active WordPress blog? Inactive or nonexistent?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t. As long as your blog is public, you don’t decide who follows your blog.

  Ok. It just seems silly that once blogs “no longer exist” that they still follow blogs.

  But they do; they’re not ghosts. Lots of people move or close their blogs, but keep the reader in order to follow their favorite blogs.
