DSN set up changes could not be saved

  hello HELP,
  i could not save the following changes:
  DNS1: ns-fr.1and1-dns.fr
  DNS2: ns-fr.1and1-dns.biz
  DNS3: ns-fr.1and1-dns.com
  DNS4: ns-fr.1and1-dns.org

  changes i ve made could not be saved;
  i am not be able to do it, could you help me please;

  I’m very sorry for the trouble. It doesn’t appear that your domain dosugparis.com is currently registered. That may have occurred when you cancelled previous purchases.

  Are you wishing to use the domain on WordPress.com or do you wish to point it to a different hosting provider (1and1.com)?

  If you wish to point it to a website on WordPress.com, you can go to https://dosugparis.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php and try the process again under Add a Domain. You shouldn’t need to pay anything since you have done so in the past, and because of all of this confusion, I’ve added extra credits so you could apply those towards a domain renewal or another upgrade.

  If you’re planning to point the domain to 1and1 hosting, if you prefer you can instead go to a different domain registrar (including at 1and1) and register it through them. If this is what you decide to do, I can refund you your existing purchase if you let me know.
