  Hi, I’ve removed the transaction ID as that’s considered private. Are you able to log out, and log back in using the email address that is associated with that charge? From there you can go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and cancel.

  Please try logging into the correct account first, and if that isn’t possible, contact billing directly at wpchrg.com. If you still have trouble, please let us know.

  The domain women-sport.be is mapped to the site womensportbe.wordpress.com that has been created under a different account: deborahgeyzen. The charge you mentioned was for the renewal for the Premium plan for that site.

  You will want to log out and log into the account I mentioned to be able to cancel and refund that purchase. If you don’t remember the password, you can rest it from https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
