Dual language facility?

When I choose a language other than English, I find that the translation is sometimes erratic (though initially it might have been done by an expert, but I do not agree on that translation). Moreover I feel that some titles need not be translated at all, or there should be flexibility so that I can put my own. I would like to know whether this is possible? After all its my page and I should have the facility on how it should appear.
Moreover can I toggle between say English & Hindi because in local languages words are not developed to include modern ones and while translating it might be prudent to include those words in English (and in parentheses).
