Dual renewal emails and different prices

    I received TWO emails regarding Premium & Domain expiring. I renewed for $99 and it said included the americastillmatters.net domain. What is the other “upgrade” for $199 email about? John (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Thanks very much – that definitely isn’t right! I’ve reported this to our Store team for them to look into. Meanwhile, you can just ignore that email. All your upgrades have renewed and at the regular price.

    Thank you for your reply. I think your concepts are great. However, as a comment for your consideration, I find wading through the support options, the text in the emails (conflicting) and general ease of use of the wordpress.com website (not blog entries) unnecessarily convoluted. Conversely, your responses have been quick and clear.
