  Hi I asked the google domain support and they told me that they can’t unlock the domain because it belongs to another person who already registerd it, Is there anyway I can know who they are so I can contact them to unlock it?

  @ninakian02, you need to own the domain to unlock it and transfer it. If it was not you who registered the domain, I doubt that the owner will allow you to take it from them.

  You can register a variation of that name though, have a look here at all the extensions available:
