Duotone – inserting images from Gallery into page

  Here http://credmayne.com/copy-of-2014/ I want to insert images down the page as I make new entries. I put them in the Gallery and do Insert at the right point. But the response is variable. What am I doing wrong? I publish and sometimes I click on it and the image gets bigger, sometimes I get an error page and sometimes it shoots off to a little ‘page’ with the image.
  Additionally it likes to put the image I’ve just inserted large at the top of the page like my posts. It is driving me mad because the response seems variable.

  The Duotone WordPress Theme is an old one. I’ve reported many such bugs. It was released long before galleries were available in WordPress.

  I recommend you try another WordPress Theme designed to accommodate galleries.

  Thank you for your suggestion. For now, I have found that putting a ‘banner’ in the top position on the Page seems to allow me to add other pictures down the page. But I’ll switch if that proves unreliable!
