Duotone no longer automatic colours?

    I have been using Duotone for more than two years and have enjoyed being surprised each time a new photo is posted, as I am never quite sure what background colour will be provided.

    Just recently I wanted to prepare the next post and uploaded a photo which is predominantly green only to discover that the background is grey. No colour was provided. Changing photos to other colours such as predominantly blue or other colours still resulted in a grey background.

    Is there any suggestion for restoring the colour to Duotone? Many thanks for the help!
