Duplicate a page?

  I’ve read your support info “Copy a Post or Page”, but no idea how I find the three vertical dots in Edit mode in order to select ‘Copy’ to duplicate the entire page.
  There’s an instruction to go to “My sites” and I don’t know where or what that is. Thanks for your help. I want to duplicate a page in my WP site 4.9.16

  “My Sites” is top left on the black bar. The three dots are top right when you are editing a post and page. This all applies if your site is actually hosted here at WordPress.com though.
