Duplicate Account

I can’t seem to login to the account associated with the above web address because the login defaults to a duplicate and inactive account which I have previously created. Is there away to merge the two accounts?

I don’t see any web address indicated in your post, and the account you used to post here doesn’t currently own any sites hosted with us, or connected to this account.
Can you please share the URL of the site you’re trying to access?
Once we know that, we should be able to help with this or at least direct you to the folks who can.

I checked and your site isn’t hosted here with us, but we might be able to point you in the right direction. It appears that your site is hosted with Xserver, Inc. Can you ask your host for help with this? They should be able to assist.
