Hi! Both of these sites are hosted elsewhere. Since they aren’t hosted here, they are most likely two separate installations with different logins.
Do you just want them to be connected to the same account here for Jetpack stats and what not? Or, are you hoping to use the same username on each site? Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll point you in the best direction for help.
Also, note these forums are for the free sites hosted by WordPress.com. We can still likely help you find the right place for help with this.

I am really tring to verify my facebook connection to my website. One has what I need to do this step:
“Back on WordPress.com, go to Tools → Marketing and click on the Traffic tab. Scroll down to Site Verification Services and paste your code into the box for Facebook:”
But on my main site that I blog from I do not have this option for some reason. I just want bothe to have the same features.

Hi there,
The instructions you’re following are for sites hosted on WordPress.com, so they only apply to https://traciethomson.wordpress.com/ and https://tracievolve.wordpress.com/ in your account.
Your other two sites are not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so they don’t work the same and don’t have the same features as your WordPress.com sites.
Both TraciEvolve.com and The beautifulperson.com are connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin, and Jetpack includes the site verification tools included by default on WordPress.com sites. But it looks like the Jetpack plugin is currently disabled on both those sites, which is why you can’t access those options.
Log into WP-Admin on each site in turn, go to Plugins ->Installed Plugins, and activate the Jetpack plugin. Then go to Jetpack ->Dashboard to reconnect Jetpack.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll have access to the Traffic settings under Jetpack ->Settings in WP-Admin:
