Duplicate accounts

    Hello.

    We are having issues with our account. I signed up initially a WordPress account on August 17 and registered the domain as voicesofhopecc.org. The Premium plan I signed up for did not allow us to purchase plugins, so the following day, August 18 I canceled the plan and asked for the domain to available to transfer elsewhere. That same day I purchased a plan with Network Solutions that added a WordPress plan and used the domain name voicesofhopecc.com (since the other wasn’t available yet). Long story short, I think the two accounts are conflicting with each other and cannot setup our site. It says we have not verified the SSL certification which we have done several times.

    The other issue we are having is our refund from our original purchase. It shows it was purchased, refunded, and then purchased a second time which will need to be refunded since it’s part of the Network Solutions package. Could you please help with these two issues?
