You can view all transactions made with WordPress.com, including payments and refunds, in your Billing History. https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/
To address any and all billing issues like this one we can click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and we can also use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged
There is no phone support. See: Getting WordPress.com support https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/
All sites with upgraded plans include access to live chat support. https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ https://wordpress.com/help/contact At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.

Hi @janstory46, I don’t see any recent billing or plans on this account. Can you ensure you’re logged into the correct account?

You mentioned you’d like to extend your current plan. I don’t see any current plans, though.

This is what I have found on my site billing (see attached).
I also do not understand why I am being told that I am not the owner of this site and why it is not being found by you.
Thanks,
Jan Story

I can’t see the attachment, but if you’ll upload a screenshot to wordpress.com/media we can take a look.
Also I’m wondering if you have multiple accounts under different email addresses. Is that a possibility?
