Duplicate blog

  Ok. When I clicked on my username icon on the top right side, I found how many blogs I did create. I found out that the blog I created last week, it duplicated into 2
  Example
  keith.wordpress.com
  keithsecondblog.worpress.com
  keithsecondblog.worpress.com

  If I attended to delete one of it permanently, actually it did both
  so what should I do ?

  and also
  I have 1 blog that I selected delete permanently option, it never disappear

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
