Duplicate blog created and won't let me change theme.

  I made a new blog…. plantinthesun.wordpress.com. Your program duplicated the request and gave me TWO blogs with that name. So I chose one and tried to create my blog. Everything I did was duplicated in the second one. Tried to change the theme to “Sunspot” but the blog (either one) will let me pick a theme. Read related posts under support…. clearing cookies, etc., nothing worked. Can you help?
