  The receipt ID’s [redacted] and [redacted] were submitted in error. I have already been charged for the invoice number [redacted]. Thank you in advance for refunding the 2 shipping charges.

  Hi there, this is a public forum so I’ve removed the sensitive info from your above post.

  WordPress.com is a web hosting provider, so there are no “shipping charges” involved with purchases here. What exactly did you purchase and from whom? If you’ve purchased something directly from an online shop hosted here, you’ll need to contact that shop directly.
