Duplicate comment warning for unique comments?

  On my site http://www.womanseeksworld.com I am getting duplicate comment error messages every time I try to reply to a comment – its been like this for a few days and I have some urgent comments I need to reply to…any ideas?

  That site is a wordpres.org site, you need to ask on the wordpress.org forums
