duplicate entries in a static page and not in Home

  I want to have a bilingual space in my blog. I’ve searched through the internet about this and the best recommendation I’ve found is to pruchase WPML. I don’t want to spend money on my blog right now so I came up with an alternative. Would it be possible for me to post a duplicate of my already-posted entries in spanish in an static page?
  Or maybe, would it be posible to duplicate de whole page (home included) and translate it myself to spanish? maybe with a link-img like a flag that would take you there?
