duplicate information in posts and bottom of page

  I have information at bottom of home page on blog (categories, subscribe, ect). When you go into a specific post, the same information appears at bottom of individual post and again below it as on main page. How do I get rid of the duplicated information showing up immediately after post so it only appears at bottom of page?
