duplicate links

    Hello, I have tried everything I know and searched the word press knowledge base as well as the internet at large
    .
    I’m using Quintus and I really like it but it insists on placing page links under the header as well as on the sidebar. I only need the sidebar links. The header links are redundant and wreck the presentation. How may I hide the header links section? http://classicalastrologer.me/
