Duplicate meta tag appearing in title bar

On my site http://www.inversionpoint.com somehow I have duplicated the site title in setting up meta tags – but I can’t find how/where to correct this.
When the home page is loaded, the browser title bar displays http://www.inversionpoint.com and then greyed out there is ‘ – InversionPoint |InversionPoint’ and that duplicated name appears on the tab of the browser.
Regular posts also have a similar duplication however this doesn’t appear until the post’s SEO description (I use SWO by Yoast) comes up, the first part of which populates the browser tab. But after the SEO description In have the annoying ‘InversionPointInversionPoint’ which is slightly different in configuration to the duplication occurring on the home page.
I’m using a WooThemes theme called ‘Peddlar’.
Can anyone help to identify where this duplicated setting is within the control panel so I can rectify it please?

Not sure you knew, but these forums are for support for WordPress.com sites. From what I see, your site is hosted on HostGator.
You may want to check the support forums for Yoast’s plugin or WooThemes.
