  Hi,
  Payment was made on my account twice through paypal. I did dispute the payment on one of my accounts. So, you should receive your payment from one of the account. I do not know how to get in contact with you all to resolve the mater. Can you please contact me in order to resolve it?

  Hi A, it looks like you may have auto-renewed in addition to manually renewing.

  Would you be willing to cancel the dispute so we can just refund it? That tends to go a lot faster.
