Duplicate Paypal withdrawal for same service

  Hi,

  I didn’t know who or where else to contact as Paypal services directed me to the “vendor.” I seem to have been charged twice for upgrading my blog from a free WordPress site. The payment date was April 10th 2012.

  I’d appreciate help in this matter.

  Sorry for the trouble, I’m not sure what happened there.

  I have issued a refund for the extra charge.
