Duplicate Site

  In starting a wordpress blog I accidentally began two duplicate sites. One site I managed to activate, but not I have two website of the same name. Once activated and one not activated. Just trying to keep my wordpress account lean and without any additional excess, please help. Thank you.

  What are the respective URLs of each blog?

  They are the same, but one is activated and one is not. I have no idea how that happened. I had begun customizing my blog before activation and somehow had to start all over. I suppose it’s complicated.

  Just an observation — the last dozen or so “duplicate” sites were spelling errors – off by one letter somewhere in the name –

  Hi there,

  You currently have blogs at two different addresses (URLs):

  • http://popcannabis.wordpress.com/
  • http://popularcannabis.wordpress.com/

  Even though they have the same site title (the name that appears in the header at the top of the page), they have different URLs (the address in your browser’s address bar) so they are separate blogs.

  If you only want one of them, you can set one of the blogs to private or permanently delete the one you don’t want. (Please note that deleting a site means you can’t ever re-use that blog address/URL in the future.)
