How do I duplicate my site and use it in a second WordPress site

Howdy writerman07!
If you are looking to just move over your content to a new website, you can just Import the content from your current site and then just Export the content to the new site.
If you would just like to delete the current URL and move everything to the new URL, you can then just Change Blog Address , you will loose the old URL in that.

Actually, what I want to do is have two separate sites with somewhat different content on only four of the pages, but the same general content in all other pages.
I hope I have clarified my need.

Thanks for the further clarification, surely you can achieve that,with the Export and Import features you can even just select the needful content only and just use the content where you would like to have it used.
So you can just Export the needful content only
Here is a Quote
If you’d like to export all of your content, just press the Export All button. If you’d like to export a subset (a single author’s posts, for example, or a certain category or date range), click the arrow next to the Export All button to see the advanced options.
