  Hello,

  We need to duplicate this site so that its in welsh aswell as english. We cant pay to upgrade for plugins.

  Hi there:

  Without upgrading to a Business plan that would allow you to install a multilingual plugin that will do the translating work for you, you need to do a bit more manual work to make your site multilingual.
