  theres duplicate themes on my dashboard even after deleting they wont go away

  The persistent reappearance of duplicate themes usually indicates that your site is being automatically synchronized by a hosting staging environment or a version control system like Git. If you are working on a staging site, your hosting provider may be “pushing” the file structure from your live site back to your dashboard every time you refresh, effectively undoing your deletions. Additionally, ensure you aren’t attempting to delete a Parent Theme while its Child Theme is active; WordPress requires the parent files to remain installed for the site to function and may block the deletion or reinstall the files during the next automated update to prevent a site crash. Finally, try clearing your server-side cache (such as Object Cache or NGINX), as your dashboard might simply be displaying a “ghost” image of deleted files that are no longer actually present on your server.
