  Hi there,

  This is not possible on WordPress.com. The email address connected to your WordPress.com username account is your unique identifier, and no other account can use the same email address.

  Well, it happened. I have a WordPress account and when I switched hosting service, it created another WordPress account linked to the same email.

  Ah okay. When you switched services you created a new WordPress site. That would have its own account on its own database. That installation is separate from our services, so it is possible to have one account there, and another account here, with the same address on both.
