Duplicate Website

hello, I am seeing 2 instances of my website on my “My Sites” tab and when I try to access the major one, it shows the other which is non-functional and this seems to be affecting my Jetpack Site Stats because all of my views are not being counted; kindly help delete the 2 instances of aceworldteam.com that appear so I can make a fresh connection of my self-hosted website to my wordpress.com account in order to track my site views properly.

Disconnected both Jetpack connections for aceworldteam.com

I’ve also made a small change to the Jetpack connection for http://hitplayonline.net
Can I have you disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account for that site? This will refresh those settings on your end.

To disconnect/reconnect Jetpack, go to Jetpack -> Jetpack in your site’s dashboard. Scroll down to the footer of that page to find the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link as shown here:

Click that, then reconnect to WordPress.com when you see the button to do so.

I have done so for my site at aceworldteam.com but could you check from your end if visits are being recorded because the stats being shown are not what should be – all of my stats have been recorded badly since I made the latest Jetpack plugin upgrade and what I see there right now under the “Top Posts & Pages” tab doesn’t correlate with what should be. Could you take a quick look at this please?

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, 69.195.124.81/~aceworl1/0 , so it had two sites IDs on our side. We fixed the connection but you still saw the lost stats.

Just now, I transferred the stats from the old site ID, into your current one for aceworldteam.com. View the updated stats here:
