Duplicate WordPress options tables

Hi all, I’m trying to reduce the size of my database. Beginner, learning as I go! 😬 Database has exceeded host allowance at nearly 10gb! Looking at Phpmyadmin there are 3 duplicates of the wp_g8z24i_options table. Each has different numbers alongside the title. Each is nearly 3GB so deleting 3 of them would solve the issue. Looking at the contents of the tables they appear the same. I’ve run wpoptimiser and it’s only locating one of the tables as it’s stating my database is under 3GB.
how do I go about finding out if it’s safe to delete what appear to be duplicates?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
