Duplicated blogs and wrong url

  I already had a blog at wordpress.com when I joined a course at the university on how to write a good text for the web. We are supposed to use wordpress. I created a blog: http://vendelaskurs.wordpress.com/ but it was duplicated. One was called Vendelas bästa and is the “good” one, the other is Vendela under progress. Now everything I have posted on my blog (vendelas bästa) has disappeared since the the url takes me bck to the faul one… how can I delete the “vendela underprogress” and keep only “vendelas bästa” and how do I find it? Please help me!
