Duplicated photo

  I have one single photo that is duplicated on my site, replacing a different photo. All of the other photos are fine. How do I fix this?

  The front page. When you go to cocophotodots, you will notice that two posts (“Fall Personality” & “Beauty in the Sky”) have the identical photo on the front page, but when you click on “Beauty in the Sky” it goes to a different photo. That is the photo that I would like to be on the front page in place of the duplicate photo.
