Duplicated site or subscription?

  You have confirmed that I am due to make a payment in May of $99 for my site. When I have contacted you with an admin question about this, you have drawn a blank.

  I think I am registered twice with you and that I have parallel sites, one free one not. Please can you check this out in its entirety for neillbartlett.com? I am going round in circles now.

  You are posting here as the username, neillbartlett. This username only owns the free site, https://neillbartlett.wordpress.com/. You have never purchased any upgrades via this account.

  The domain, neillbartlett.com, is connected to a completely different WordPress.com site, and is owned by the username, nasbartlett. You need to be logged in as that username to renew your upgrades.

  My colleague has also sent an email to the address connected to the nasbartlett account, as stated in the other thread.
