Duplicating a wordpess website while keeping the original and new one live with 2 different URLS

  Hi,

  We would like to duplicate a wordpress website and keep both live for 2 different countries. Is this something we can do through WordPress and how can you proceed to do it ?

  Hello there,

  Firstly, you need to export your existing site (the one you want to translate). You can learn how to do that by following this guide:
  https://wordpress.com/support/export/

  Then, you need to Import the exported files into your new user (where the Spanish page lives). You can learn how to import here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/import/

  If you’re trying to do this so that you can have the site in different languages, I suggest you read this guide about translating your site using 2 sites:

  Please never mind these two sentences since I’m having some trouble editing the text properly. The process is the same though :D.
