Duplicating existing blog format on a second blog

I used to live in New York, but I recently moved to Nashville. My old blog that you host is CloudyInNewYork. It was registered through Register.com.

So is my new blog CloudyInNashville that you also host. I would like to be able to transfer the existing look and feel of my old blog to the new one. Will an export/import take care of that? I do not necessarily want to copy the posts to the new blog too since I plan to keep the old one with a post that says I have moved, but I can delete them afterwards if necessary.

    Thanks
    Bill Zack

No it will not. All you can export and import is blog content ie. your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags. You cannot export and import the theme or text widget content.
