duplicating my website

    Hi,

    I need to duplicate my business website so it can appear in two locations (not looking for a url redirect). How can I do this? Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for getting back to me! Yes, I’m looking to make an identical copy of my website under a different domain.

    loftphotographer.com is the domain.

    I currently have my business in one town, but will be opening up in another town, so I need an identical copy of my website but will be modifying the location, phone number, etc.

    Hi,

    Yes! It is possible to create an identical copy of your site under a different domain, especially if you’re planning to customize it slightly for your new location.

    We do offer a site copy tool, but please note that the automatic method is available on the Business plan or higher:
    How to copy a site

    For Premium plans site and below, you can still duplicate your content using the export/import method:

    1. Go to Tools > Export on your current site to download your content.
    2. Then, on the new site, go to Tools > Import and upload the file.

    After that, you can install the same theme and configure your settings to match the original site’s design. Once copied, just update the location-specific details (like phone number, address, etc.).
