Duplication of posts in Home page Content slider and the Featured Posts.

  Hi, I purchased Broadsheet theme two days back. I notice that the featured posts above the home page content slider is getting duplicated in the content slider. Can you please help so that I can display different posts in the content slider and the featured thumbnail section below the header? ( It can be noted from the LIVE Demo of the theme, that both content slider and the featured posts above it are showing different posts.)

  Hi Mohammed,

  The Featured Content Slider will only show posts with the tag that you set:

  Broadsheet includes support for Featured Content – allowing you to showcase your top news stories at the top of your homepage. The 6 most recent posts tagged as featured content will be displayed in a slider on the homepage. To enable the slider simply select the post tag you want to use and enter it on the “Appearance → Customize → Featured Content” page in the Featured Content area. Then, just tag up the posts you want to be flagged as special and Broadsheet will add them in automatically. As you can see in the screenshot above – the Featured content looks great when it has a Featured Image selected.

  It will show the most recent 6 posts with that tag. The posts underneath are just your most recent posts regardless of the tags.

  Also, since you purchased a Premium Theme, one of the features includes direct support from the theme author:
