Duplication of posts in "Reader"

  Hello:

  For awhile and just now, I noticed the duplication of posts in the “Reader” of the “https://wordpress.com/#!/read/” webpage.

  For example, I have a post titled “Plinky Prompt 294”. It shows up as “a.post-title” with different links:

  1. “flynnsposts.wordpress.com/2012/06/20/my-adventures-at-carls-jr/” and
  2. “flynnsposts.wordpress.com/2012/06/20/plinky-prompt-294/”.

  Initially, I published this post with a Permalink: flynnsposts.wordpress.com/2012/06/20/my-adventures-at-carls-jr/. Later, I changed the Post Title (input#title) to “Plinky Prompt 294” via the “flynnsposts.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=163504&action=edit” webpage.

  Is there anyway to prevent duplication of posts by having only the most recently updated posts reflected in the “Reader” to our WordPress.com dashboard?
