Duplication of Product Categories

  Hi there,
  Hope you’re well

  I see duplicate product categories when trying to add a new product. Under categories for e.g there is only one category – shoes, but when navigating to the add product page I see the shoes category for e.g duplicated a few times, so in other words – shoes will show up under product categories 3/4 times.

  Please can I get assistance with removing duplication from the product category tab on add new product.

  In summary the ‘product category’ tab on add new product shows up as:
  shoes
  shoes
  shoes
  shoes
  with checkboxes

  and in my categories I’ve created one category called:
  shoes

  Hi there,

  I assume you’re not speaking of http://fsfdxo.wordpress.com/, as free WordPress.com sites don’t have the product content type and don’t have product categories.

  If you’re using the WooCommerce plugin on a stand-alone WordPress site, please contact WooCommerce support directly. You can find their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

  If you’re using another eCommerce plugin, please contact support for that plugin directly instead.

  This forum only provides support for free sites hosted on WordPress.com, not stand-alone WordPress sites at other hosts or plugins for those sites.
