Dusk to Dawn – move custom menu widget

  LOL ;D No blogging for me today. I’m playing with the Dusk to Dawn theme on my personal blog and loving it, except for one thing. My custom menu appears as a widget at the top of the sidebar. I would prefer to have it as the second widget and my Welcome widget at the top. However, as it’s not appearing on my widgets page I cannot change the positioning. Is there any free way to achieve this?

  That’s because you’re using a custom menu loaded via Appearance>Menus. You need to select the blank option from the pulldown there, save, then add the Custom Menu widget to your sidebar and select the same custom menu from the widget pulldown. Then you’ll be able to freely rearrange the order of the sidebar items.
