  Hi, I am new here, and I’m trying to place this absolutely beautiful Theme on my page…is it possible?

  No. On this wordpress.com hosted blogging platform the only themes that have been adapted to run on the wp-MU software are found here -> Dashboard -> Presentation -> Themes
  If you are experienced with css editing then you can purchase an upgrade and change the appearance of these themes but you cannot edit themes, templates, or add your own html to them.

  If you hire a web host then you can download wordpress.org software and the theme http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/3-columns/3969/dust-317/
