  Hi there, I am hopeful that my expired domain dustbunnyhomeservice.com is still in the ‘redemption’ period and can be re-activated (I’m already aware of the fees).

  What steps do I need to take?

  Hi there,

  It looks like your domain entered redemption about a week ago, so we should still be able to get it back. I’ve sent you a link you can use to pay for the recovery and renewal, and then I can contact our registrar to try and get it back for you.

  Should the recovery fail, your payment will be refunded in full.

  We’ve received your payment and I’ve emailed our registrar to restore your domain. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
