Duster Static Page Sticky and Search Engines
-
Once you catch your breath and come up to speed with Duster, here’s my question:
How will using the static showcase front page with a sticky post as a featured post effect search engines finding your new blog posts?
This is an attractive theme, but I find the one page full posts problematic since there’s no navigation at the bottom of the post. People have to scroll back to the top to navigate off the page. There are widgets on the bottom, but most people don’t scroll to the bottom of all the comments to get to the widgets.
Still thinking about this one! Thanks to all the lovely forum volunteers.

It’s uncertain as yet. In some themes, using a sticky post did interfere with the RSS feed, etc, and thus with search engines.
