Dyad 2 for self-install WP

  Hello, I installed this theme on my WP.com site and it looks beautiful! However, when I try to install on a self-hosted version of this same site, the theme doesn’t allow for the same exact customization. There are elements missing that are crucial to what I want.

  I love this theme, but is this a known issue that self-hosted versions don’t work the same way?

  Hi there – customization features such as custom fonts and colours are built into WordPress.com, but not part of WordPress core software. That’s one of the benefits of this platform. :)

  If you need further help with the self-hosted version of Dyad 2, feel free to post in its forum at WordPress.org, and be sure to specify what you’d like to accomplish.

  Thank you Kathryn! Yes, I would love to just jump onto WP.com but very torn. The need to control my code or not control my code :). The 19.99/mo option for me is just not possible. Thank you.
