Dyad 2 problems

  hi, i’m trying to activate the Dyad2 theme but when I click on the active button it tells me that it’s unable to activate and contact support. Also, I’ve tried from a different user domain (subdomain) andI can’t find Dyad 2 only Dyad. How can I download?

  Are you trying to use the DYAD theme on http://www.myriverwild.com/ site? Or some other URL?

  Thanks for the quick reply. I’m trying to use Dyad 2 (https://wordpress.com/theme/dyad-2) on https://shepherd-society.bethbc.edu not http://www.myriverwild.com/

  I was working from a different account (for work) and I was having issues with this theme so I tried to use it on my site to see if it was an issue with the theme or with the “sub domain,” but it looks like I may have deleted my own personal site (myriverwild.com).

  Hi again,

  Thanks for the details further. To be able to use the theme for your site you will have to download the theme for your Self-Hosted WordPress site. You can find the Download button at the bottom of the Dyad-2 theme page:

  https://wordpress.com/theme/dyad-2

  If you need further help with the theme you could post it in a new thread on the theme support page:

  Having said that, here are the guidelines to help you with installing your theme on your site:

  Also note, your site is a WordPress.org site. It’s not a site hosted here on WordPress.com. This a common point of confusion.You can learn more about it here:

  Your site seems to be loading correctly for me https://shepherd-society.bethbc.edu seems to load correctly for me with the Dyad theme. If you are not able to get access to the site, you might consider contacting your host or seek help on the WordPress org Support.
