Dyad 2 theme glitch? Please help!

I have the Dyad 2 theme on another account and works just fine.
I just created this website today and wanted to use the Dyad 2 theme again. The header image and tag line wont update.
Every time I edit them in the theme layout, it says it was updated but it does not show the new image or text I tried to add.
It just keeps showing the same picture/text that comes with the template when you first activate the layout.
Ive tried waiting several hours and nothing has changed so I dont believe its load time. I also tried the crtl+f5 to refresh and no change.

– Try clearing your cache and third-party cookies here is the support document for that :
