Dyad 2 theme – less control on premium version than .wordpress.com version

    I have less customization control in the side panel editor with the premium Dyad 2 theme, than I did when testing it out on the “.wordpress.com” version of the theme.

    For example, colors and backgrounds, as well as fonts are no longer available in the customization panel.

    Is this typical? I simply want to control the background from dark to light, and maintain the fonts. Other than that I’m happy with the theme as is.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Custom colours and fonts are a feature built into WordPress.com. When you run the WordPress softare on your own web host, you’ll need to use custom CSS and plugins to achieve similar effects.
