Dyad 2 with own hosted WordPress 4.9.5

  Just uploaded the Dyad 2 theme onto my own hosted wordpress version 4.9.5 and notice that there is a slight difference.

  Featured content is missing – is it only available on wordpress.com see kartorp.wordpress.com ?
  No palettes to choose from – i wish to have the header and footer in white and not the default dark grey.
  There is a new option called Extra CSS – what can I do with it ?

  I wish to have a page called News (Nyheter in swedish) that shows all blog entries tagged with category News BUT i do not wish to have the word Category : appearing on that page. How shall I do it ? Or is it possible to create a page with all blog entries at all but not as the start page ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
